60 minute fatloss
We are excited to announce that 60 minute fatloss will have its very own regular slot on the fitness class timetable from Monday 25th June - Monday 20th August.
Starting on Monday 25th June 60 minute fatloss will be available Monday evenings 18:15 - 19:15
Due to annual leave over the summer Chelle will also be putting 60 minute fatloss on various mornings, evenings and weekends to keep your workout motivation high over the summer. These dates will be released soon.
60minute fatloss is the ultimate interval workout leaving no muscle group untouched. It mixes cardio exercises, with body weight and resistance exercises using dumbbells. If you are looking to burn fat his summer and reduce inches then this is the session for you!
Booking for these sessions will be as normal by booking from 06:30am the day before.
