Fast Abs (s)

The 30 - 45 minute Abs and core focused workout. This session will incorporate standing and floor exercises working low – medium impact. Some sections will include cardio exercises to compliment the core conditioning sections. We do provide mats, however we do recommend you bring your own at if a regular participant.
