Back to Basics Indoor Cycling Session

We are excited to announce we are bringing indoor cycling classes back from week commencing 4th July. Due to the classes not being on our timetable for over two years we will be offering two back to basics indoor cycling sessions to ease you back into this style of class or for those who haven’t taken part in a indoor cycling class before and want to try a class that covers the basics.

What will the back to basics indoor cycling session cover:

• How to set up your bike safely
• Arm and handle bar positions
• How to increase and decrease resistance for sections such as hill climbs and sprints
• How to do standing cycle, dips and hover cycling
• How to break and stop the back and get off the bike safely

The above section will give you the confidence and knowledge to attend a timetabled indoor cycling class.

We will be offering two of these workshops:

Monday 4th July 17:30 – 18:15 with Naomi

Thursday 7th July 18:30 – 19:15 with Kate

You can book your place to this workshop for just £5.
