Couch to 5K returns to the Ryland Track

We are delighted to announce that the ‘Couch to 5k’ programme is back in full swing after week 1 was a huge success.
Couch to 5k is a brilliant way to begin your running journey, get back into fitness or simply get more active. Each week the programme helps attendees gain strength and fitness whilst being part of a brilliant community.
Every session is led by a qualified coach who is there every step of the way throughout the programme. The programme is free to join and will take place every Monday night at 18:00 on the track.
