Try our new style of interval class. REP - IT is set out in sets and repetitions rather than timed intervals.

The main focus of REP - IT is using conditioning exercises with weights and your own body weight. 

The class will be structured with 9-12 exercises ensuring upper and lower body is worked along with your core and abs.
