Intervals (sh)

Intervals is our new COVID secure 45minute Circuits session. Intervals will be delivered in a circuit style where you work in your own section with your own equipment throughout the session. This will be an overall body workout, using bodyweight exercises, weights, step box, incorporating both cardio and resistance in timed intervals. This session is the ultimate all over body workout using cardio, toning and strength workouts.
