Boxing Hiit + Conditioning (sh)
A boxing and combat style sweaty HIIT 45minute session. This session mixing boxing and combat combinations with high intensity intervals along with conditioning intervals such as sit ups and press up. This session is non contact, all combinations are shadow boxing, you can use dumbbells or weighted gloves to increase your intensity. This is a high energy sweaty session set to burn a lot of calories.
